Our Pools
Our two indoor heated saltwater pools have easy access ramps and we use UV filtration to get rid of 99% of all bacteria. Our pools are designed for three purposes — Swim, fitness & water rehabilitation! Every dog is fitted with a life vest and is accompanied in the pool by a staff member at all times.
Our 13’x23’x4′ heated pool is used for assisted swimming for post surgery recovery and degenerative conditions. It is set up with a water management system that heats and cleans efficiently to provide your dog a safe, hygienic swim. Chlorine released from our saltwater system is kept at a minimum with our state-of-the-art cleaning system. The pool is secondary sanitized by a UV light system that the water is run through before re-entering the pool. Water is tested 4 times a day to ensure the perfect balance; and the pool is skimmed after each swim, along with a double filtration system for hair removal.The water is heated to a comfortable 89 degrees which is soothing on sore muscles and joints.The recovery pool is in its own private room for a quiet relaxing experience for your canine. The above ground deck has a ramp system built all the way up to the pool landing. The gated deck and ramp is carpeted for perfect traction to and from the pool. After your dog is fitted with a life-jacket, we assist the canine into the pool via wide stairs into and out of the pool; and your dog will never be in the water swimming alone.
Our second pool is 13’x26’x4′, heated to 89 degrees depending on the time of the year. It is also setup with a water management system that heats and cleans efficiently to provide your dog a safe, hygienic swim. Chlorine released from our saltwater system is kept at a minimum with our state-of-the-art cleaning system. The pool is secondary sanitized by a UV light system that the water is run through before re-entering the pool. Water is tested 4 times a day to ensure the perfect balance and the pool is skimmed after each swim, along with a double filtration system for hair removal. The recreational pool is in the large open area of the building with a ramp up to the deck entrance which is gated and the whole thing is carpeted for safety. To enter/exit the pool we have a non-slip 3′ wide ramp that slopes into the pool. Every dog will receive a swim assessment which includes teaching them how to enter/exit on the ramp and verify if they are proficient swimmers.
Drying Rooms
After either swim; we offer towels for quick drying on the deck then you can finish drying your dog in one of our two private drying rooms that use professional dryers.
Play Area
We have a 1200 square foot play area adjacent to the large pool that can be used for play after your dog swims (subject to time allowance between appointments). It is fenced and covered with rubber flooring to keep the dogs from slipping during their play time.
