Behavioral Conditions That Benefit From Swimming:

  • Boredom
  • Depression
  • Pent Up Energy
  • Anxiety
  • Lack of Confidence
  • Learning to trust someone other than the "pet parent"
  • Need for bonding opportunities

Swimming can help these and other behavior conditions.  Water exercise can be less painful and easier for the unfit, overweight or senior dog because gravitational forces on the the body are minimized. This makes it possible for the dog to exercise longer and may help them to have a regular endurance exercise program.

Fun Dog Swim

Great exercise for dogs to release their energy and have fun at the same time.  We have fun toys for dogs to motivate them and make the whole swimming session fun and exciting.

Does your dog like to swim with buddies?  We can try to match your time up with other dogs-see our stay n' play program.

Puppy Swim

We work with introducing your dog to water in a positive manner to help build their confidence and enjoy swimming. Core strength and muscle will be built up during the swimming exercises. Your puppy will become a confident swimmer and we will help them to become strong swimmers.

Fitness Swim

This program is for all working, show, sporting or very active dogs. It is good for muscle toning for pre-show and general ongoing muscular and stamina development. This swim is a wonderful cross-training, non-weight bearing and conditioning exercise for your dog.  It is also a great tension reliever for working dogs. We have many different swimming options for the fitness swimmer-just give us a call.

Senior Swim

The senior swim is a non-weight bearing exercise that lowers risk of damaging or hurting arthritic joints.  The temperature controlled warm water will help to relax tight muscles, stimulates blood circulation and acts as a natural anti-inflammatory.

All swim programs are 30 minutes long-or to the ability of the dog.
